Returns & Exhanges Policy

At Minilu Kids, each piece is handcrafted with care - so we want to make sure every order is a perfect fit. 

Please size carefully before ordering.

Because our clothing is handmade, we ask you to take the time to measure yourself or your child and use the size chart found on each product page. Sizing by age can be misleading - your child's or your actual measurements will always give you the best fit.

Please note: As I use different pattern designers, measurements may vary slightly between styles. We recommend checking the size guide on each individual product page rather than assuming sizing will be consistent across all items. 

Need a custom fit? I love making pieces that fit your little one perfectly. Simply leave a note on product page with your child's measurements and any specific fit requests, and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Want to return or exchange? If you are not completely happy, we'll do our best to help. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to make arrangements. Returns or exchanges initiated after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.

A few things to note: 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommended using a trackable shipping method, as Minilu Kids cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the corrections.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please take into consideration the unforeseen delays due to public holidays, strikes and load shedding.
